Quantum B Participates at Silesian Startups Event “SNIP” aiming to foster innovation and growth Cybersecurity
Silesia’s thriving technology community recently hosted SNIP (Startups Networking & Innovations Platform), an initiative designed to promote collaboration between startups, established businesses, industries, and local governments. SNIP seeks to harness the potential of Silesia’s industrial base, facilitating innovation as the region navigates a transformative phase in its economy.
The latest meeting of SNIP focused on cybersecurity technologies, which are becoming essential for all industries in the modern era. These technologies not only protect data and secure IT infrastructure but also extend to applications like network monitoring, real-time threat analysis, identity and access management, and securing IoT devices and industrial systems.
One of the highlights of the event was a presentation and a pitch by Dr. Sopek, titled “Quantum Computers and Their Impact on Network and Data Security.” The presentation was well-received by attendees, showcasing the cutting-edge work of the startup and raising its profile within the highly innovative Silesian region. Dr Sopek also participated in a panel discussion with the key speakers devoted to the implementation difficulties of some cybersecurity technologies.
